No hand written passport application form will be accepted after 15th June 2010. The Consulate General of India, Hamburg no longer issues hand written passports. Only the applications of residents falling under the jurisdiction CGI Hamburg [Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen] will be accepted at CGI Hamburg.

5. Requirements for
replacement of booklet due to change in appearance
- Prescribed Application form

- Marriage certificate issued
by the Registrar of Marriages attested by Consular
Section in Patiala House, New Delhi, or joint
sworn affidavit with joint photograph.
- Copy of Spouse's passport.
- In respect of change of name
not falling in this category, the new name must
be published in a news paper, both in Germany
and in India in the area of his residence and
the news paper cuttings, in original, must be
submitted along with the application from.
- Applicant is required to
sign an Affidavit in the presence of Consular
Officer.
- Copy
of residence permit, if it is not endorsed on
